Light Yagami was born on February 28, 1986 (or 1989 in the anime). He is portrayed as a teen genius and a model student with a polite, reserved, and gentleman-like personality, who is well-liked and popular among his peers and teachers and known for being the class topper. Light Yagami (夜神月, Yagami Raito) is the main protagonist of the Death Note series. After discovering the Death Note, he decides to use it to rid the world of criminals. His killings are eventually labelled by the people living in Japan as the work of “Kira.” ntelligent, charming, and manipulative. At first glance, Light might seem like your average overachieving, hyper-responsible teenager – and to most, that’s all he is. Beneath this polite veneer, however, lurks a darker personality, one whose clashing high ideals and cynical disgust cause him to adopt extreme methods. Kira (Or Light Yagami) is definitely an anti hero. By definition, anti hero means the central character in a story, film, or drama who lacks conventional heroic attributes. Heroic attributes are the qualities like strong sense of justice, striving for others rather than his own existence, compassion for others etc.

In Death Note: The Musical, Light and Misa are the only two Kiras. In the end, Light dies of a heart attack when Ryuk writes his name in the Death Note. It’s there that the stage is set for the final episode. Light has Near cornered. Near had made a plan to swap out Mikami’s notebook for a fake, but Light saw through that and, through a trademark Death Note convoluted plan, made it so Mikami actually had the real notebook hidden. He’s won. As Death Note’s central character, Light Yagami has a moral center that consumes him and designs his use of the Death Note to kill criminals. It’s easy for the audience to see that he is taking this moral stance too far, going to the point where he becomes a villain. Straight after Light’s death, Light wakes up in a mysterious valley and is no longer an old man. He now has the same appearance that he did towards the end of the primary Death Note storyline. Suddenly, Ryuk appears before Light and tells Light that he is in the Shinigami Realm.

Incredible grammar skills and etiquettes (which means no social anxiety) Slept a lot ( like 7–8hrs ) Devoted his time to studying as well as sports( i.e tennis ) Didn’t made any friends because then he could’ve been attached to humans. After realizing the power of the notebook, Light went mad with power as he decided to use the notebook to rid the world of criminals and create a new world full of law abiding people he accepts. Light would then make himself the God of this new world. 52 Criminals – Killed by Light after having their names written in his Death Note, mentioned. Naoki Koro Kitayama – Died of a heart attack when Light wrote his name in his Death Note, mentioned. 159 People – Names shown written in Light’s Death Note. 152 names shown written on the left page, seven on the right. Higuchi is eventually revealed to be the “Yotsuba Kira” (the third Kira overall following Light Yagami and Misa Amane). He receives the Death Note from Rem, who was instructed by Light to give it to a “greedy,” “forceful,” and “selfish” individual who would use the Death Note to attain a higher status in society.ight won the battle, L won the war. I think that when Light lost his memories for a while there were some moments where L genuinely lost his conviction that Light was kira. I think L was always in a pretty sure mentality with it but almost always had a tiny bit of doubt.

Light Yagami was born on February 28, 1986 (or 1989 in the anime).
